Policy

REFUND POLICY:
NO CASH REFUNDS. (No refunds on credit cards or checks. If a customer decides to withdraw from our services, a credit to be used at our facility will be issued with NO expiration date).
 
MAKE UP CLASS POLICY:
A make up class will be scheduled only in case of illness or injury with written verification from a physician. NO MAKE UP CLASSES ON SATURDAYS. A credit can be issued ONLY if there is no other class available for make up (example: the class only runs ONE day a week, or if the participant is in our Summer clinics).
 
BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY:
Birthday party payment should be received IN FULL in order to be processed. Reservations can be made online for 48 hours. Before submitting an online form, please call to confirm that the time is available. Please be sure of the date and time, no last minute changes or cancellations allowed. CREDIT IN FULL will be issued with no expiration date only if a two weeks notice is provided before the scheduled date.
 
FIELD RENTAL POLICY:
All team managers/person-in-charge must complete a form containing information such as: phone number (home and/or cell/work), address, etc. Field Rentals are limited to recreational or team training.  Field Rentals cannot be outsourced to conduct private business.
All players must sign a Release of Liability  form before going on the field. Payment for rental is requested by the time of booking. All payments must be received before entering field. When paying by cash, always request a receipt (it should contain at least
the date and time of rental). All checks should be payable to United Athletic Centers.
 
For long term rental:
United Athletic Centers requests rental payments due in advance. A deposit is requested at the time a reservation is booked. The deposit will not be lost if a two weeks notice is given prior to cancellation. Any delinquency in payment will result in losing the time slot requested.
 
League Play:
All team managers/person-in-charge must complete a form containing information such as phone number(home and/or cell/work), address, etc. Team managers must collect atleast half the cost of the league from his/her team to pay United Athletic Centers before league play begins.
The balance of league must be paid in full by mid session of the league.
 
GENERAL RULES OF THE FACILITY:
Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), and staff of United Athletic Centers assume no liability for any
injuries or accidents that may occur. Please reference Liability/Injury Waiver and Release Forms and signage posted within the facility. Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship as is on the field. Please NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE prior to playing. Should you find or lose any items, please report this immediately to the staff.
 
NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING, GLASS CONTAINERS, or GUM allowed in the facility.
 
NO FOOD, DRINKS, SPITTING, OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD.
We reserve the right to refuse play or service to anyone.
